"GardenHouse" was a pre-sale house while we bought it.
Recently, it has been finished and will be our settlement.
However, we have some problems at this time,
we find that GardenHouse is too small, and that we are stressed when we are in it,
let alone for a new baby to share.
After thinking for a long time, we make a decision that we don't have enough fund for another house
so we're going to sell it and then buy one larger than it.
Even if it is difficult to do, we still go ahead with it.
At first step, we seek an agency to sell "GardenHouse", and it has been selling for a month.
Presently, we're waiting for news from the agency. Although our hope is still up in the air, we still can't do anything but wait.
It's a very long time for us to wait.
